Ochs works in association with Hanson Realty & Auction, bringing clients over 20 years of combined real estate experience.  Justin's firm also cooperates with Green Tree, LLC & Claims Adjustment Specialists, serving clients through insurance claims adjustment of real property across the United States.

After winning the Tennessee Auctioneer's Association Rookie Bid-Calling Championship, Justin went on to compete and be named the 2009 Tennessee State Champion Auctioneer.  He is also an approved Instructor at Nashville Auction School. His lecture topics include automobile auctions, horse auctions, and the auction chant. Ochs is a graduate of the Tennessee School of Real Estate and Missouri Auction School. Ochs holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University and a Masters Degree in Event Management from Middle Tennessee State University.

Justin, his wife Kelly, and son Weston currently make their home in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
